West Lothian College is looking to appoint a Sales Officer within the Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment faculty.
This role will ideally suit a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role will involve working with both internal stakeholders and external customers to sell training courses, bespoke training and Modern Apprenticeships in line with college strategies. This is a commercially focused role, you will target priority industry sectors and identify new opportunities that provide additional income generation.
Applicants should also be qualified to SCQF Level 8 in an appropriate discipline (e.g. Business Management or Marketing/Sales), with experience of working within teams and sales functions. Experience in a further education setting would be desirable.

Those shortlisted will be required to prepare and deliver a presentation on the following topic: Describe your methodology for growing college business, including how you use digital technology to assist.
