Job Description
We are currently recruiting Loss Prevention Officers at TK Maxx Waltham Abbey to work part-time, with shifts from Monday to Sunday.
As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on providing a positive and memorable customer experience. Your role will be vital in keeping our customers, staff, and assets safe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring loss on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product security and assist in effective conflict resolution when needed.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
