Working Hours: 8.40am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Level 5 to 6 Grade D, £24,790 to £25,183 FTE annual
£17,446.87 to £17,723.47 Actual annual

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working, dedicated, happy team of staff and children and provide support to both Educational Health Care Plans and SEN children. The successful applicant will be assigned to individual pupils who are in need of additional help because they have learning difficulties including autism and require additional help understanding or completing tasks. You may be asked to help support small groups of pupils.

You will need to:
1. be creative in your approach
2. work well as part of a team as well as independently and be able to use your initiative
3. have excellent communication skills with children, staff and parents
4. have experience working with children with additional needs
