The Role:
My client based in the City of Oxford is actively seeking a versatile and dynamic MFL Teacher on a full-time or part-time (0.5) permanent basis, capable of teaching both Spanish up to Key Stage 5 and French up to Key Stage 4. To thrive in this role you will be confident in your ability to work closely with students across a range of academic ability, navigating challenging situations at times and tailoring your lessons to each student’s needs. You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding a cohort of aspiring linguists, pushing them to achieve the best outcome they can.
The School:
The school offers a cooperative and supportive MFL department made up of dedicated and enthusiastic linguists. As an MFL Teacher, you will be crucial in contributing to the direction and reputation of the MFL department. The support provided by the department and the professional development opportunities available at the school make this an excellent opportunity for ECTs looking to build their classroom experience. The vibrant culture and environment of the school is also ideal for experienced MFL Teachers seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate can expect an annual full-time salary in line with the main and upper teacher pay scales (£31,650 - £49,084).
