Job Title: Admin Team Leader
As an Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for both the day-to-day management of your team and the management of stock and processes.
Our Admin Team Leader will ensure that their team follows correct processes, identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and ensure their team is trained and follows best practices. You will provide support in areas including Goods In, Stock Control, and PI.
Responsibilities
1. Allocate and supervise daily tasks and conduct team briefings.
2. Fully understand all department areas including Goods In, Stock Control, and PI.
3. Identify inventory issues and escalate to Operations and Warehouse Management.
4. Complete HR functions such as disciplinaries, welfare meetings, RTW meetings, and performance management.
5. Monitor and update the skills matrix, identify training gaps, and implement training plans.
6. Resolve stock issues including pick exceptions and recoveries.
7. Ensure stock in the red area does not exceed 24 hours.
8. Keep all timesheets up to date and accurate.
9. Monitor incomplete Goods In records and drive warehouse/goods in to resolution.
10. Provide daily reporting on stock position and variances.
11. Support the team and maintain a professional presence within Inventory.

* Capacity to manage fluctuating workloads.
