Are you looking for a new challenge in an innovative and supportive 11-18 Catholic school? We are searching for an inspiring Attendance to support students and ensure their well-being is at the heart of everything that we do, here at Cardinal Griffin Catholic College.
We are actively looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students and creating a positive impact. If you think this person may be you, we encourage you to explore this exciting opportunity. We are now part of the newly expanded Painsley Catholic Academy, the largest multi-academy in the Archdiocese of Birmingham, with a strong Catholic ethos that puts ‘love’ at the heart of its community.
About the role:
We want to be the best school in Staffordshire with the ability to inspire and motivate teachers, students and the wider community through the Catholic Social Teachings. We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced receptionist who is ready to play a crucial role in our school community and be the welcoming face of Cardinal Griffin reception.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible who is confident and customer focused, organised and hardworking. While experience in a school environment may be advantageous, it is by no means essential.
Candidates should:
* Have a pleasant, patient demeanour as the first communication point with parents, contractors & visitors.
* Be educated to GCSE standard or NVQ or equivalent qualification, or suitable experience in a similar role.
* Recognise the place of confidentiality in the office environment.
* Be able to work at speed, accurately, under pressure and act under their own initiative.
This post is full time (37hpw), term-time plus inset 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
APPLICATION DEADLINE – 23rd August 2024 at 9am (interviews 27th-30th August)
*The College reserves the right to interview as soon as it has a suitable field of candidates and so encourages early applications*
For enquiries, further details and application forms please contact Mrs H Tapper, HR Manager h.tapper@cardinalgriffin.staffs.sch.uk. All applications should be returned to Mrs Tapper.
