Here at JOB Consultancy, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Handler to work for one of our clients based in the Chorley area. The company is going through a huge expansion period, so excellent progression is available to the right candidates.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. There is also the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week following probation.
A basic salary of up to £25k is on offer dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with calls and other incoming enquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that information is captured fully and accurately to determine future handling.
2. Investigating what happened with the client, creating a complete and accurate record from your discussions.
3. Undertaking initial investigations to triage a liability outcome that dictates the next steps in the process.
4. Handling customers with good technical knowledge and an ability to use common sense and initiative when gathering evidence or approaching problem-solving.
5. Offering a range of services through the supply network in accordance with the scheme specifics.
6. Appointing the relevant service providers based on the decision to provide services.
7. Working with case management and portal systems to accurately record and update client data and in-house systems.
