Pub & F&B Management Experience: You’ve run busy pubs, bars, or restaurants and know the ins and outs of food & drink service. Business-Minded Operator: You understand budgets, stock control, and hitting sales targets while keeping the customer experience top-notch. Strong Leadership: You can inspire and develop a team, ensuring service standards stay high, even on a packed-out Saturday night. Events & Promotions Know-How: You know how to create buzz, drive footfall, and keep the drinks (and cash flow) pouring and help plan and run great events in our PDR. Customer-Centric Approach: From handling complaints to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you put the guest experience first. The Role: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service from open till close. Managing food & drink offerings, working with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver quality F&B. Driving sales through smart promotions, events, and customer engagement. Controlling costs, stock, and budgets to keep the business thriving including compliance with all health, safety and licencing regulations.
