We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Performance Management Development Leader to join our constantly evolving Finance & Accounting work stream within NHS Shared Business Services. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, be confident presenting to a senior level and positively influencing a range of stakeholders by sharing their knowledge. We are looking for a self-starting individual who is always proactively looking for solutions to any issues that may arise along the way. Now is a phenomenal time to join NHS SBS with a huge transformation programme underway, we are looking for someone who can get going quickly and really develop the EPM and grow the services and products that we can offer to our clients.
This is a predominantly office-based role initially, working 4 days a week from our modern Leeds office and 1 day a week remotely. Once settled you will work from home 2 days a week and from the office 3 days.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the day-to-day activities of EPM advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation life cycle support, and project reviews.
* Analysing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations that meet our clients’ requirements to deliver a quality and efficient solution.
* Developing a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients and making informed recommendations or proposals to maximise potential.
* Participating in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.
* Growing the client base by selling these products and solutions to prospective clients and/or following up on client leads.
* Designing and developing Oracle EPM applications to meet business requirements.
* Configuring and maintaining ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS, and other EPM tools as will launch in the Oracle Fusion ISFE2 Program.
* Developing data integration processes using Data Management tools.
* Leading and participating in EPM implementation projects from inception to completion.
What you’ll bring:
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Previous involvement in operational work.
* Great understanding of financial terminology, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidating processes.
* Experience of working within EPM.
* Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills.
* Strong project management skills.
It would be great if you had:
* A finance qualification for example, CIMA OR ACCA (This is not essential)
