Job summary We are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer who will be supporting the Team Leader, Clinical and Programme Lead, and clinicians by providing complex reports to ensure the Team is compliant in all areas of performance as determined by The Trust and NHSE. You will also undertake general administrative duties for the multi-disciplinary team. You will establish and maintain a business support infrastructure necessary to assist the School Aged Immunisation Service and Team Leader in meeting the Trust's objectives and targets. This will include the development of systems and processes to monitor service performance against the Trust's Key Performance Indicators. You will have the responsibility for completing data returns as requested by NHSI, Local Authorities and internal reporting, you will be required to analyse reports and extract data from all report formats for all Key Performance Indicators (Quantity & Quality) and feed this back to Service Manager, Team Leader and Programme & Quality Lead in a format that can be used within the Team for planning and supervision purposes. You will be required to have the authority/ability to approach individual clinicians and highlight service performance issues and request action. To escalate poor performance/compliance as necessary via the Team Leader with a requirement to further escalate if deemed necessary via Management Structure. Main duties of the job Complete activity reports that are required on behalf of the Management Structure and Team Leader including data timeliness and contract monitoring reports. etc. Produce and maintain a spreadsheet with locality / school uptake rates to share with the team to use to inform where targeted work needs to take place to achieve contractual requirements. Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of Team Leader/ Quality & Programme Lead where appropriate in relation to all Key Performance Indicators/data returns Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of data returns Provide regular monthly Service/Team updates as required. To be available for regular supervision and to contribute to providing supervision of the admin team. To provide team administrative duties. Attend and participate in Team meetings. Responsible for the scheduling of the vaccination programme throughout the year, liaising with schools and support staff as required. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of SAIS vans and associated fuel cards, ensuring all documentation remains updated, any issues are reported and actioned in a timely manner through the appropriate channel.
