We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Surveyor to join a growing team working on high-quality commercial interior projects. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a diverse role, where you'll be involved in assessing and preparing proposals for a wide range of interior fit-out projects. You’ll play a key part in liaising with clients, managing suppliers, and ensuring project specifications are met, all while working towards a successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an integral part of the project team, responsible for: • Attending site visits to assess and understand the client’s requirements • Taking detailed measurements, photos, and notes regarding the scope of works for the proposal • Confirming finish details with the client and sending relevant samples when necessary • Negotiating competitive prices with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value • Considering health and safety implications and plant requirements for each project • Reviewing relevant building regulations to ensure compliance with the project’s needs • Preparing quotations and returning proposals to clients in a timely manner • Following up with clients to address any concerns or ...
