We are looking for a motivated individual to liaise daily with our medical teams across York and Scarborough sites to ensure our medical rotas are safely and efficiently staffed. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Main duties of the job
You will provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support by efficiently deploying Consultant and Senior/Junior Doctors across the Care Group. This will involve close liaison with Consultants, Senior/Junior Doctors and the Care Group Management Team. Responsible for providing and co-ordinating rotas, ensuring cover is arranged for all vacant shifts.

Education, Qualifications and Training
* Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent or GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C)
* At least 1 year’s administration experience
* ECDL
Experience and Knowledge Required
* Confident & effective user of MS Office packages inc Word, Outlook/NHS Mail and Excel. Including ability to accurately undertake data entry
* Proven ability to prioritise and manage changing and/or conflicting deadlines
* Understanding of rotas and staffing requirements

DBS Checks
Please be aware that all new employees starting work with us will be charged for the cost of their DBS check if it is required for the role. The cost will be deducted from your salary either in 1 payment or over a six month period once you start employment. By applying you are agreeing to this undertaking.
