They are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fostering Support and Administration Officer to join their team in Slough, Berkshire. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks related to the recruitment, assessment, and placement of foster families and children.

What will your role look like?
Handle a wide range of administrative duties including office opening/closing, managing referrals, and assisting with the placement of children and foster families in line with BGFA Policies
Maintain secure, up-to-date records, including referral logs, foster carer profiles, training plans, and various other essential documents
Support foster carers, social workers, and staff in organizing activities, conducting risk assessments, and providing logistical support
Assist in staff and foster carer recruitment, designing marketing materials, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining the fostering agency's online presence
Coordinate training sessions, life story work, and activities for children and foster carers, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering regulations
Answer phone calls, manage stationery orders, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure all equipment is functional
