An established facilities maintenance provider is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the delivery of multiple maintenance contracts across a varied client portfolios. This role is central to managing daily operations, supervising a large team of engineers and operatives, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving consistent service quality across all sites. The successful candidate will ideally possess a strong background in facilities or maintenance services, with proven leadership experience, solid contract administration skills, and a commercial mindset focused on efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day operations across a diverse contract portfolio * Manage and support a team of engineers, operatives, and subcontractors * Ensure timely delivery of PPM, reactive, and remedial works * Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction * Support invoicing, cost control, and service optimisation * Ensure compliance with health and safety and company standards * Collaborate with senior management on performance and profitability Skills & Experience * Experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering operations * Strong leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of maintenance workflows and CAFM systems * Commercially aware with invoicing and budgeting experience * Organised, proactive, and client-focused Desirable * Technical background (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND) * IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification * Experience with retail, healthcare, or multi-site clients
