Role Overview: You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage and deploy laptop and desktop systems, and maintain IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Support Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
Provide infrastructure support (on-premise and cloud).
Oversee server, desktop systems, and VPN/remote access.
Solutions-driven with excellent customer-facing skills Infrastructure support, on-premise and cloud.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills: Microsoft 365 Networking protocols, and TCP/IP fundamentals Windows Server, Windows 11 Active Directory & MS Exchange knowledge of IT products, (Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware) IT Security solutions (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies).
Automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) Understanding of server and desktop systems Infrastructure support, on-premise and cloud.
