We are looking to welcome an experienced Part-time administrator (22.5hrs/week) to work within a friendly and dynamic Older Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Bury. We are a multi-disciplinary team made up of Mental health nurses, Support workers, Occupational therapy, Mental health wellbeing practitioner, and Clinical psychology providing specialist mental health assessment and interventions to the Older Adult population of Bury. This is an office-based administrative role providing support to a busy Older adult community mental health team in Bury.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Trust staff and external agencies.
2. Good keyboard skills.
3. Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
4. Good organisational skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner.
6. Ability to work as a team member and individually.
7. Conscientious and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of Office procedures and systems.
9. Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
10. Use of Electronic systems and Microsoft software.
11. Access to and use of appropriate means of transport across the Trust footprint in line with service needs.
12. Flexible to occasional work outside of scheduled hours.
13. Ability to accurately input data.
14. Note taking/making notes experience.
