Job description
You will support clients with all aspects of daily living, which will include personal care, respiratory care, therapies, and medication administration.
1. Provide support in social activities and interests.
2. Accompany clients to hospital and other therapeutic appointments.
3. Facilitate socializing and maintaining friendships and relationships.
4. Increase independence and autonomy.
5. Support clients in identifying and achieving their goals.
6. Assist with domestic duties, including daily food preparation.
