Creative Director - Luxury design agency, specialising in hospitality, travel and property A strategy-led creative agency specializing in luxury brands across hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, and travel sectors are looking to hire a Creative Director to lead their team to success, enabling the current CD and founder to step back and work on the business in order to reach their ambitious goals. Currently in an exciting growth phase, with a prestigious international client base includes leading hotel groups, property consultancies, and luxury brands across the UK, UAE, US, and beyond. They compete with and win against established global agencies while aspiring to reach the creative heights of the industry's most innovative players. Role of Creative Director: As Creative Director, you'll be the linchpin in the growth trajectory, taking over client management and project leadership from the founder while working closely with our Strategy Director. This is an opportunity to join a small but ambitious team at a pivotal moment, helping to shape the creative vision and drive expansion. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage client relationships, taking ownership of project delivery Direct creative work across integrated campaigns including OOH advertising, and global brand awareness initiatives Drive creative excellence and push boundaries, challenging both clients and team members Collaborate with the Strategy Director to transform foundational thinking into compelling creative concepts Pitch to win and demonstrate the ability to win and expand new clients Mentor and develop the designer, elevating the quality of the output of work Help define and articulate the businesses creative positioning in the market Who you will be: A creative leader with strong agency experience and excellent pedigree - most likely having worked in a top design agency, specialising in luxury clients across the hospitality, travel and property sectors Someone who pushes creative boundaries rather than playing it safe Experience in video direction, with an understanding of elegant, high-end aesthetics Critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge clients constructively Hunger and drive to grow with a small but ambitious agency Ability to articulate big ideas and the insights behind them Work environment Location: Central London Schedule: 4 days in office (flexibility for 3 days possible), with Fridays typically working from home International travel opportunities (Middle East, Europe, North America) Small, passionate team with a really ambitious and exciting growth plan over the next 5 years Software: Adobe Suite, After Effects, Keynote Package: Competitive salary range: £100,000-£130,000 Open to discussing additional benefits (shares, bonuses) If you have the vision, experience and drive to help shape a growing luxury agency please get in touch with sarahjtomorrowlondon.co.uk
