Area: Northants, Essex, East Anglia, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & London
The Role of Area Sales Manager
1. This is a field/home-based role.
2. As Area Sales Manager, you will call on Main and Sub Contractors selling the company's leading range of structural insulation and panels.
3. You will build relationships with your clients and manage those relationships moving forward, identifying and tracking new build and refurb projects.
4. You will work in collaboration with other departments who will support you with marketing, order processing, and back office tasks.
5. The Area Sales Manager will inherit an area that is performing over 100% of target and will be taking over from a top performer who has been promoted into Key Accounts.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager Role
1. We are looking for a candidate with at least 18 months field sales experience.
2. Construction or construction-related/technical sales experience is advantageous; however, those from other sales backgrounds will be considered and full extensive training will be provided.
3. Most importantly, you will come with an excellent attitude and eye for detail with a customer-centric approach and personality.
