About You: To join us as a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health), you'll be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia is essential, along with a successful track record of well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. An up-to-date knowledge of the most recent clinical practices and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is required. You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. Dedicated, ambitious, and resilient, you'll have a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
