Senior Reward Advisor - 12m FTC
Location: London (Hybrid – 3/2 split)
Salary: Up to £60,000
JGA are seeking a Global Reward Advisor with a leading global law firm for a on a 12m FTC
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams, employees, and leadership on benefits and reward policies.
Oversee and optimise a portfolio of benefits, ensuring smooth renewals and strong partnerships with providers.
Design and implement innovative reward programs that align with market trends and business objectives.
Manage data submissions for market benchmarking and support salary range evaluations.
Assist with the annual compensation review, providing insights and ensuring efficient execution.
Conduct pay gap analysis and contribute to key reward strategy initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory updates and industry best practices. What You Need to Succeed:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and convey insights clearly.
Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement and influence across all levels of stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
