So who are we looking for?
You’ll have significant experience of having worked as a BSA on CRM programmes, preferably at all stages of the life-cycle. We are particularly keen to talk to anyone who has worked end-to-end delivering Microsoft D365 in a sales environment.
You will be proactive, personable and an excellent communicator. We’re looking for a ‘can-do’ people person who is passionate about what they do and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll need knowledge and experience of best practice (including CRM, methods etc) and a good level of confidence (but not arrogance).
