We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Business Systems Admin to support our Technology team, based at our office in Didcot Head Office, Oxfordshire. We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home. We are looking for an agile and proactive Business Systems Admin with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. Reporting directly to the IT Lead the Business Systems Admin is responsible for providing internal tech support and triaging all tickets that come into our Service Desk. The Business Systems Admin will be the first point of contact for users with issues and queries across a variety of systems used throughout OKA. Along with this working closely with other Tech teams to escalate issues to the appropriate resolver teams, ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely fashion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES First point of contact of incidents and requests for OKA systems, focusing primarily on Salesforce. Triage and prioritise all tickets that come into our Service Desk. Resolve tickets where possible. Escalate tickets to wider Tech teams within and outside of OKA. Document how to guides and fixes to be shared within the Tech team and wider business teams at OKA. Monitor responses from end users and encourage best practises.
