We at Slide Motorsport are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team and help take the parts side of the business to the next level...
Main Responsibilities would be -
* Dealing with sales and growing sales on all platforms.
* Answering emails, messages, phone calls, and social media messages from customers and generally being the first port of call for contact to the garage.
* Dealing with customers face to face looking for garage work or parts enquiries.
* Invoicing jobs and sales.
* Improving stock management.
* Working with couriers and packaging parcels.
* Updating our WordPress based website.
* General housekeeping and admin around the office.
* Social media marketing on all platforms.
* Active role working in the parts department and office.
Skills ideally required -
The ideal candidate will be keen to learn, have a great eye for detail, and have exceptional timekeeping and organisational skills. Ability to multitask, be trustworthy, loyal & enthusiastic about the line of work we’re involved in. Basic computer knowledge is needed but most aspects of the job can be taught. Having knowledge of cars and parts, especially Japanese cars, would be great but again not essential.
This isn't a job just sat at a computer; it is an active hands-on role working with used parts alongside the office side of the job. Huge potential for the right candidate.
It's a small team that works at a fast pace, making plans and executing them in a high-pressure time-sensitive environment.
