White Horse Employment are pleased to be supporting our longstanding client with their search for a new Marketing Executive.
This role is joining the wider marketing team and will be working with all internal departments to ensure all brand guidelines and campaigns are aligned. This is a mainly remote position, however there will be some travel required to visit branch sites for promotions and events.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Assist team with overseeing all content, ensuring consistent branding across all social media platforms.
* Monitor the performance of campaigns, reporting on results and using the data to optimise future campaigns.
* Assist with the planning and promotion of events, following up with all post-event marketing to maximise lead generation.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to keep on top of trends.
* Updating the website and monitoring SEO performance, improving traffic and qualifying leads.
Skills/ experience required:
* 3+ years of experience within digital marketing.
* Experience with creating and managing successful marketing campaigns.
* Proficient understanding of social media platforms.
* A keen eye on the marketing trends and an innovative mindset.
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to think outside of the box!
