Job Purpose
The purpose of your job is to… meet and exceed sales objectives of a specific geographic region through management, training, motivation, support, and guidance of the territory sales engineers within that area.
Key Responsibilities
To do this well you must… give a supportive and high-quality service to all technical sales engineers under your management, whilst always thinking ahead and acting to meet the ever-evolving needs of our organisation.
* Manage the Sales function and its strategy with confidence and vision to reach our organisational objectives.
* Think creatively and innovatively about cost-effective ways to deliver sales development and improvement to better meet the growing needs of the business.
* Promote a high level of service to our customers; failure may mean loss of business or missed opportunities; this may require out-of-hours work when necessary.
* Prioritise and address diverse and urgent needs to meet organisational objectives.
* Continuously improve the sales service provision.
* Manage and maximise the sales budget, balancing cost-saving and necessary expenditure to meet organisational goals.
* Support technical sales engineers by providing best practices to enable effective work.
* Contribute expertise in preparing, analysing, and providing data.
Carry out other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
* Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with documented performance.
* Experience managing salespeople or relevant management experience.
* Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel.
* Experience analyzing and interpreting sales data and reports.
* Proven ability to provide proactive customer service.
* Ability to innovate to meet organisational goals.
* Supportive to field workers.
* Knowledge of the belting industry.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Logical thinking and methodical approach.
* Proficient in business software.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
