PFI Project Manager - UK based
£65K - £85K salary (dependent upon experience), flexible location, hybrid working
Our client is a leading infrastructure investor looking to recruit an experienced PFI Project Manager to manage the delivery of lifecycle works from identification to handback of assets. My client has a diverse portfolio of project in UK and beyond offering significant development opportunities to the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare condition surveys (fabric and M&E provision)
Identify, prioritise and manage the lifecycle project pipeline
Consider different procurement routes to gain maximum value for the SPV board
Management of contractor parties, including inspecting works, managing variations, signing off interim payments and reporting on progress
Ensure works are delivered to the standard required and meet the specification of the handback criteria
Key Skills and Experiences
Significant understanding and experience of lifecycle asset replacement and variations
Strong communicator, both verbally and in written forms
Knowledge of main forms of building contract
HND/degree construction related discipline
