360-degree B2B sales role. High earning opportunity (upwards of £15k per month).
We sell a service every business needs (lead generation). We work with British SMEs (deal directly with decision-makers, quick sales cycle) to leverage cold email and organic LinkedIn outreach to serve clients of our sectors and generate at least 10 to 15 qualified leads every month.
You will benefit from recurring commission (you will be paid 25% of each deal you close, every time the client pays us). And, the opportunity to become Prospectiv's first Chief Revenue Officer (provided you're successful), build our sales team, and define "what" sales success should look like for our company.
Equity is also available, dependent on your performance and character.
The Role:
1. Lead Generation
* Cold calling (100 dials Monday to Friday) to schedule between 3 and 5 meetings daily.
2. Attend Demo Calls
* Sit between three to five demo calls every day; aim to close on call.
* Maintain a 20% closing rate (from the demo call scheduled to the deal won, this is our average).

What You Can Expect In Your First Year:
1 Month:
* Close your first one to three deals.
* Take home £2k minimum in commissions.
3 Months:
* Be earning at least £5k from deals closed and recurring commissions.
* Begin developing our sales pipeline and process for improved efficiency.
6 Months:
* Build a steady book of business; regularly closing deals, earning upwards of £10k+ per month.
