An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Herefordshire. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote, monitor, and implement standards for resident care within the unit environment, evaluating through clinical governance and audit.
2. Provide clinical leadership, positive role modelling to the unit team, ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team through supervision, mentoring, and appraisal. Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust.
3. Ensure all care records, risk assessments, audits, and any other agreed outcome measures are integral parts of the patients' care and that these are monitored and updated regularly.
4. Ensure that all nursing staff provide an appropriate care plan written with the resident, and that the resident's progression against these is documented within care notes.

The successful Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP 21.50 per hour, with an annual salary of GBP 43,043 per annum.
