Are you a HR Admin / Officer with a CIPD level 3 looking to be part of a large stable business known for its excellent working environment and friendly culture?
On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing powerhouse based across Scotland and Northern Ireland. For over 100 years, they have provided a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland.
You will be covering all areas of HR including recruitment, performance management, managing grievances, and other ad hoc tasks. You will report to the Head of HR and work closely with the site manager.
The Role:
1. HR Officer role, covering admin and strategy.
2. Managing recruitment, performance, and grievances.
3. Ad hoc HR work.
4. 8-5 Monday-Friday.
The Person:
1. CIPD Level 3.
2. Happy in a standalone HR role.
3. Commutable to Gorebridge.
