RAC are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our Property & Facilities team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with facilities service contracts, legislative requirements, and company policies. You will also oversee the implementation and management of Property & Facilities operations, handle change requests, and manage related projects to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. This is a hybrid role but will involve regular travel to our Bristol & Birmingham offices, and occasional visits to our Manchester office. What You’ll Do… Be accountable for Property, Health and Safety, Physical Security and Environmental compliance relating to Facilities Management, ensuring that all policies are kept up to date. Maintain an overview of site budgets in accordance with the company financial management process. Work with the Finance Business team to report all financial elements including actuals and forecast monthly. Support the Head of Property & Facilities with all procurement activity and implementation of service agreements. Oversee all department led projects, ensuring successful completion and handover to appropriate stakeholders. Manage supplier relationships for soft and hard services, monitoring performance in line with contractual SLAs.Monthly reporting on financial spend and KPI’s. Support the Head of Property & Facilities with Landlord/Property agents on all property related requirements. Support the Head of Property & Facilities to manage the property portfolio and deliver high level standards of service for our colleagues. What You’ll Need… To be considered for this position, you will need proven experience in a Facilities Management role. You’ll also have; Experience of managing supplier & contractor relationships Experience in managing a budget to a value of £4m Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Be proficient in Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word & Power point Project management experience for hard and soft services (plant equipment & refurbishments) Experience of H&S, ESG and Physical Security management In return, we offer FREE RAC Ultimate Complete Breakdown Service from Day One. 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.
