Main duties of the job The post holder will have experience in managing teams and working to demanding deadlines. You will be expected to oversee cleaning routines in wards and departments to meet the audit requirements. The post holder will be expected to lead on employee relations matters with staff such as disciplinary, sickness absence management and appraisals. You will be responsible for ensuring the necessary rotas and work schedules are in place to meet the required level of service, managing timekeeping and annual leave bookings.
