We are currently recruiting a Restaurant General Manager as we expand our Pizza Hut portfolio.
Reports To: Principal Operator/Area Manager
Position Overview
Lead the restaurant management team and staff, overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency, maintaining high customer satisfaction and team performance.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Manage all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations and equipment maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards; develop action plans for improvements.
3. Maintain the financial health of the restaurant by achieving food cost and labor targets.
4. Manage P&L statements in accordance with financial controls and security standards.
5. Adapt quickly to changing market trends and environmental conditions; modify store plans to meet business objectives.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service industry experience at a supervisory or management level.
2. Proven track record of achieving KPIs with primary profit responsibility.
3. Certification in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
4. Clear ITC check.
5. Ability to relocate between restaurants as required by Pizza Hut.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
