· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and company targets.
· Identify market trends and analyse sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
· Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the performance of team members.
· Prepare forecasts and provide KPI reporting to senior management.
· Communicate the benefits of our flexible subscriptions and convert prospects into customers.
· Collaborate with other departments to maximize utilization.
· Identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
· Conduct necessary checks to ensure customers are eligible to rent our vehicles.
· Maximize all potential leads by utilizing sales techniques to address customer objections.
· Maintain reporting structures and record sales conversions.
· Assist with any ad hoc duties required by senior management.
Requirements:
· B2C sales experience (minimum 3 years)
· Sales management experience (minimum 2 years)
· Full UK driving licence.
· Fluent in English language
