The main duties include:
1. Actively chase all overdue debt, to ensure invoices due are paid on time, in line with payment terms and credit limits.
2. Manage inbound customer and internal calls.
3. Review stopped orders regularly for release and clear any overdue balances or queries.
4. Identify queries and effectively resolve customer queries to maintain good customer services levels.
5. Regular debt ledger review and account reconciliations.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
1. Credit Control and/or Customer Service experience.
2. A professional telephone manner.
3. Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
