Job Description
* As our next F&B Team Leader, you…
Behave and act in an exemplary manner, embodying the brand mindset.
Supervise the Food and Beverage Department team, helping them improve their skills and supporting their career development.
Enhance sales, service quality, and promotion of services, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Represent the hotel's image through your attitude, professionalism, and engagement.
Ensure all products served to guests meet quality standards.
Develop revenue and profit margins.
Help the hotel achieve its targets.
Provide guests with information within your scope or direct them to the appropriate person.
Maintain politeness and courtesy at all times, regardless of customer requests.
Handle complaints promptly and sensibly, keeping the manager informed.
Additional Information:
You will have the opportunity to be part of a high-energy, fun team delivering excellent customer service daily.
Our hotel has 356 rooms, located very close to London Heathrow Airport, featuring a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a large outdoor car park.
Fluency in English is required to best serve and care for our guests.
