This is a full time opportunity based in Dorking, with a minimum of 3 days required in the office per week. Role Overview As one of our in-house Graphic Designers, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling and inspiring content that captures the essence of the Kuoni brand and engages our audience. You’ll design a variety of digital and print materials and produce high-quality video content to support marketing. Your creativity and technical skills will help drive the brand’s visual identity and storytelling. What you’ll be doing Design and produce a wide range of creative, sometimes artfully animated, assets for our digital channels. This could be anything from display and social ads to email and web banners, all with the goal of engaging audiences into action. Create print materials such as flyers, posters, and print ads, as well as artwork for exhibition stands. Develop video content including website content, social media reels and shorts. Creative development and design of both print and digital brochures. Regular design edits/product updates to ensure digital brochures stay correct and current. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns, including image sourcing, editing & refinement. Ensuring all media assets adhere to brand guidelines. Assist in the development of visual content strategies to boost audience engagement. Identifying, collating and re-purposing relevant UGC content for future design use. You will have Skills required for the role: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2C business and/or retail or travel industry. • Degree/Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and digital design and video work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding. • Experience in video production including editing, and post-production. • Experience with motion graphics and the production of animated assets. • A solid understanding of Meta and display ad formats and best practice around these. • Familiarity with HTML5/CSS and web design principles. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with a passion for travel and storytelling. Desirable • Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies. • Experience delivering creative solutions within the travel industry, whether on the client side or within an agency environment. • Interest or understanding of sustainable tourism practices • Brings personal travel experience to the table, adding depth and authenticity to design related to destinations and travel experiences.
