Job Title: MOJ Portal Fee Earner
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary Range: £25,000 - £28,000 (negotiable)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Contract
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of fast-track personal injury cases through the MOJ portal
* Picking up multiple cases following cases being onboarded onto the MOJ Portal
* Running cases from file transfer, through to conclusion, handling all relevant steps and requirements through the client and case management process.

* You will be an experienced file handler / fee earner / paralegal, with the ability to run MOJ cases from start to finish
* Exposure to Stages 1, 2, and 3 is required
* Experience within Personal Injury Law is required
* Exposure to motorbike accident claims is desired
