I am recruiting for an Operations Administrator required for a Client on a temp to perm basis.
The hours are 11am- 7pm- Monday- Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Debriefing drivers on their return to depot, going over information with them and checking their paperwork.
2. Amending invoices with missing items.
3. Replying to emails and responding to enquiries.
4. Providing general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
5. Managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
6. Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
7. Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills:
1. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
2. Able to work with systems and confidential information.
3. Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
6. Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
7. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
