Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with working experience of experience of completions and commissioning to lead and oversee a key project scope(s) in Teesside. The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary on-site team, including the Project Engineer and Construction Manager, while acting as the primary interface with all key stakeholders. This role involves construction project management, with a focus on stakeholder coordination, procurement, and execution oversight. Contract duration: 12-18 months Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the Project Engineer and Construction Manager, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Interface: Act as the main point of contact for all key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Project Planning and Execution: Oversee project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Procurement Management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material delivery, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Workpack Oversight: Ensure ITRs (Inspection Test Records) and NCRs (Non-Conformance Records) are reviewed, prioritised, and incorporated into comprehensive workpacks for execution. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against KPIs, manage changes, and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in an industrial, maintenance, or construction environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and contract management. Familiarity with ITR and NCR workflows, as well as workpack preparation.
