2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
3. Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
5. Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
6. Work with the Head of Finance to maintain the facilities budget, including forecasting costs.
