You’ll join a highly successful independent motor service centre and spares reseller with a credible and award winning history. The Job Working alongside insurance and breakdown companies Liaising with customers / policy holders to assess vehicle damage & road worthiness of vehicles Carrying out vehicle assessment once vehicle is delivered to site Assisting with day to day administrative tasks such as managing client enquiries and handling correspondence. Providing excellent customer service Supporting and working with team members to coordinate and deliver plan of action for each customer About You Automotive mechanical knowledge skills Excellent eye for detail Excellent service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Previous experience working alongside insurance companies is preferred This is a permanent position with an opportunity to join a thriving and successful business. Working hours are 9am - 5.00 pm.
