They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team and help shape the next generation of early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
2. Plan, design, and implement apprenticeship programs that meet industry standards and requirements.
3. Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback, ensuring they meet the required standards and outcomes.
4. Support apprentices in developing their knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and educational practices.
5. Maintain records of apprentice progress, attendance, and assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education).
2. An assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or D32/D33.
3. Experience working in an early years setting, with a solid understanding of child development and early education practices.
4. A teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
