Mission
We are recruiting a Project Support Officer to join our UK team, which has a strong presence in the nuclear sector.
You will assist our client’s teams in executing Contract Engineering Lead activities, including producing deliverables, managing tools, prioritizing tasks, and generating reports.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee Design Changes contributions by tracking and reporting.
* Implement improvements to streamline UK-DC processes.
* Represent the team during UK-DC and IDT configuration days.
* Manage Mantis effectively.
* Coordinate Switch management and monitor timelines to meet objectives for RD contributions.
* Collaborate with Document Control to resolve distribution issues, perform user replacements, and update transmission matrices.
* Complete the Paladin injection sheet and create placeholders in Easydoc.
* Maintain dashboard trackers, ensure quality checks, and manage issuance on the CTS.
Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
* At least 5 years of experience in project support and coordination
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
* Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Familiarity with document management tools

This is a full-time, consultancy position (40 hours/week) with hybrid working arrangements.
