We're seeking a Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy environment, as well as the ability to delegate tasks, motivate others and remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and support the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
* Solve problems quickly and efficiently, delegating tasks when necessary.
* Create a positive work environment where colleagues can thrive and develop their skills.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager.
* Ensure that freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management are up to date and accurate.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience every time.
