Job Purpose: I am seeking a Personal Assistant to support me in my own home and to help me access the community. I would like to be able to cook a hot meal for my family in the evenings. I also require assistance to access the community and participate in recreational activities with my family. You will also help me maintain a clutter-free family home and ensure I can use the home safely.

* Full UK driving licence with own car insured for business use.

Summary Terms and Conditions:
* The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour.
* Hours and times of work as follows: 7 hours per week including evenings and weekends (days and times to be discussed at interview).
* The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
* Access to free Care Skills training for employer workers.
* If this job requires Manual Handling, Handling of hazardous chemicals, and/or Food Handling you will be required to undertake annual training.
The post is subject to the following:
* A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
* Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
* Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
