Proud to deliver exceptional services, the firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who can work closely with the Head of Department and wider team assisting prominent developer clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right Solicitor.
THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TEAM:
The Commercial Property Team provides comprehensive advice on property and land acquisitions and disposals, development, and portfolio management, regularly advising both landlords and tenants on leasehold issues for commercial and industrial premises, which include office blocks, industrial units, and retail units.
The Commercial Property caseload you will manage will cover:
1. Acquisitions and disposals of retail units, offices, and warehouses
2. Joint ventures and development agreements
3. Landlord and tenant issues including rent review, service charges, and dilapidations
4. Property management
5. Documentation of alterations, change of use, and assignment and underletting
