Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Salary: £36,000 - 43,800 per annum + up to 12% annual bonus

Role Overview
The Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in providing expert administrative support to the Contracts team, ensuring
efficient contract management post-award. This includes maintaining accurate records on the 'Atamis' system, documenting meetings,
managing risk logs, and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain comprehensive records on the contract management system and support transparency.
* Serve as a primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, organizing meetings and addressing inquiries.
* Monitor compliance with supplier obligations, including adherence to the Modern Slavery Act.
* Support value-for-money initiatives by tracking supplier performance and social value delivery.
* Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance contract management services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A-level education or equivalent in Mathematics and English; a degree is preferable.
* Experience in a customer-focused environment with strong formal minute-taking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Knowledge of legal or commercial environments is advantageous.
