Pay rate: £12.00ph after 12 time sheets are submitted you will reach AWR which is £13.57 -£13.94.
Contract: ASAP On-going - this will work as a 0 hour contract
Shifts: Varied - Monday - Sunday (some start as early as am) Shifts will be released on a weekly basis yourself and other members of staff pick up only what you can work.
We can provide a train travel pass to enable you to pick up more shifts over your region. These stations include Taunton, WSM, and Exeter.
Our Customer Service Assistants, will provide a First-class service to our passengers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
They will Pro-actively seek to help customers through clear communication to pass through the station whilst effectively managing the Automatic Gates.
As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at WSM station. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!They will Pro-actively seek to help customers through clear communication to pass through the station whilst effectively managing the Automatic Gates.
You will be involved in....
1. Effectively operating the gates ensuring the safety of all who pass through them
2. Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
3. Helping with station ramps which you will be fully trained on
4. Luggage assistance
5. Supporting customers needing assistance
6. Ensuring the safety of the station environment
