Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Depending upon experience £37,275 to £44,888

The Role
In this position, the primary purpose is to create and maintain excellent relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration across the supply chain. This will include mitigating risk by ensuring all supplier assurance and due diligence activities are up to date. The role also involves facilitating regular supplier service review meetings and tracking supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
You will also be the first point of contact for any escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to supplier issues are addressed, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Experience
You will also be able to demonstrate extensive experience of effective contract, commercial, service and budget management within a complex multi-source service/supplier environment, including performance/SLA/KPI management, service specific contract drafting & negotiation skills/dispute management. You must have the ability to analyse complex performance information & invoicing for all outsourced services. With demonstrable experience of an excellent knowledge of working with and managing outsourced IT Service Providers and the ability to use clear escalation paths for reporting, prioritising and resolving issues with an awareness of risk management.
